I haven’t stayed overnight here but have been to, and put on, several events in their upstairs ballroom. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating and the space is beautiful. You can’t beat the location and having a parking lot onsite is a huge bonus. The food is also excellent.

10/10! We had a wonderful stay and loved the atmosphere. Food at the restaurant was amazing. The location was very convenient too. We were excited to be only a short walk to the Little Theater for a cute impromptu date night:)

We loved the decor and the Victorian theme of our room. The soaring ceilings, dark wood furniture, oriental carpet and the linens were beautiful. Having a jetted tub and kitchenette topped off the room and large bathroom with tiled shower and flooring. I highly recommend staying at the Inn.

The room is kinda small but it’s great price-efficiency! The hotel is built oat 1929 and it’s cute and clean. They use pharmacopia products instead of some random cheap brands. And best of the best, the front desk Haley is outstanding and extremely patient & helpful. She is always so friendly to offer help.

Stayed here a couple nights and very much enjoyed our visit despite the snow and extremely cold temperatures outside. Staff were the responsible types, quick to fulfill our requests and answer our questions. We discovered the south entry on our second day. This is the ADA accessible entry that includes a chairlift to the lobby level, an excellent modification for the present day, easy to use and most welcome! Some room furnishings were more decorative rather than useful but we made it work. Water pressure was fantastic but a little noisy when switching to a shower (a funny squeal neither of us had heard since childhood) and the bed was quite comfortable! All the makings of a great hotel! Hopefully you can enjoy your visit as well as we did!

I had a quick but nice stay at the Inn on Broadway. It was perfect for what I needed, being less than a 5 minute walk to Eastman. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the two bottles of complimentary water. Check-in and check-out were both easy, as I had done what was asked online ahead of time. Will likely stay again!

We have stayed here twice whilst visiting my son who is going to the University. It is a beautiful old building. Do not expect a mini fridge or coffee pot in your room because it will not be there. They do have coffee,tea etc for breakfast in the beautiful dining room along with bagels, English muffins, yogurt, cereal etc. There is a speak easy in the basement with live music. They make fabulous drinks and food. There is also a high end steak house at the Inn as well. I do recommend staying here.

Me and my friend rent a room out for the weekend and we had the best experience! The rooms were clean. The showers were clean. Comfy beds, Very polite staff, Most important part is we felt safe and not worried about anything! We will be back I definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. The price was not bad at all!

My party of four was visiting our Freshman Trumpet player Grandson for an Eastman Music School Concert. We had adjoining rooms that worked out great. One with a fireplace and the other a small kitchen area. We needed a couple extra chairs for the four of us to visit with our student and they were provided right away. We had a lovely early dinner before the concert. The location was perfect, it was nice to have simple breakfast food and the old fashioned inn is beautiful.

Amazing!!!! My husband and I had our microwedding at the Inn on Broadway and they exceeded our expectations. Mary and her team were responsive, professional and kind. The building is breath taking, as they have preserved and maintained over 200 years of historical old money charm. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a feast of numerous dishes and all of them were superb. We had 3 rooms all of which were unique in design and beautiful. I highly recommend booking an event here. It is truly a one of kind location with great staff and service.
